AGE RESTRICTION
Customers who wish to sign up to our newsletter or who wish to use a Loyalty card must be over the age of eighteen due to the alcohol content of some promotional offers. Anglian Country Inns takes no responsibility for those who deliberately abuse these terms.
REFUND POLICY
For any purchase made on this website the customer has a right to request a refund within seven days. For any queries relating to refunds please call 01438 729 500.
LOYALTY REGISTRATION
Customers must first pick up a loyalty card from one of our sites and register their membership here on our website, all details given as part of the registration process comply with our stated privacy policy.
REDEEMING REWARDS
Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem any rewards. Loyalty cards must be registered online and signed to be compliant and active. Only the person to whom the card is registered may use the card and redeem rewards.
DATA
Each time you present your loyalty card our system will register what was purchased and the times and location of purchase. This information will be used to develop personal offers for the loyalty card holder. The data is collected in line with our privacy policy.
CORE REWARDS
Our core rewards are offers which every loyalty member gets as standard and are ‘always on’. We reserve the right to change our rewards with no given notice.
MORE FOR LESS: Load your card with credit and we will add 5% extra (only to be redeemed on food and drink, not accommodation). So every time you use your card to pay you are effectively enjoying free money to spend!
FREE BAR SNACK: Enjoy a free bar snack on us (this will be either Salty Dog peanut or crisps or discretionary other food snacks). Limited to only one snack to be redeemed with any drink on any given day.
COFFEE CLUB: Join our coffee club and get your 7th coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the house. (This will be used across ALL sites, so you can buy any kind of coffee, tea or hot chocolate at any site and it would qualify towards your 7th on the house which again can be any kind of coffee at any site) *This will replace the stamp card in the coffee shop* You can decide when to claim your hot drink, it will be waiting for you on your card once you have bought 6.
LARGE GIN ON THE HOUSE: Gin o’clock will go up a notch as we make your single a double (buy a single house gin – Portobello - and we will make it a double. Limited to one per customer per day)
SEASONAL & PERSONAL REWARDS
In addition to our core rewards we introduce seasonal rewards. To find out about seasonal rewards check your inbox for loyalty emails, the loyalty page of the ACI website or ask a member of staff. We may also email you with a personal reward, tailored to your personal preferences.
LOADING BALANCE OR CREDIT
Customers can load their card with balance or credit to be redeemed across all venues on food and drink only. Accommodation or large events are not included with a limit of £1,000 spend per month. As a reward for your membership ACI will give an extra 5% bonus credit on the value of credit added. WorldPay is responsible for all transactions on the loyalty membership.
CHECKING BALANCE OR CREDIT
Customers need to log in to the loyalty membership area of the ACI website to see their balance. They can also request staff to share their balance with them when they are in any ACI venue.
EXPIRY
Customers have two years to redeem their credit on food and drink across any ACI venue. Credit will expire if not redeemed within two years.
LOST CARDS
If you lose your card please contact us as soon as possible and we will de-activate your card. Any remaining balance can be carried over to a new card which you will need to register.
